Update 4th & 5th August, 2023:

Thank you for your kindness. Before moving to JB, KYCO-CSP member, Sister CF was always one who contributed time and efforts to help those who come to us.

Thank you, your kindness allow us - Sister CF to do a bit for a few families and a Home that asked for some dry goods. She continues to help when possible.

Below is her report:

Introduction:-

This Indian family of 4 members consisting of the patient who has 3Cs with serious diabetes, wife, 2 daughters and 1 deceased son (eldest in the family who died at age 21 yrs old due to an accident 3 yrs ago and was the breadwinner)

This family lives in Ulu Tiram around 30 km from JB Town.

The father (patient) is called RS aged 60 years old suffering from 3Cs with serious diabetes that he can't speak and have mobility problems .

His wife works as a vegetable cleaner with a salary of around  RM1500 per month in a nearby supermart and leaves the patient alone in the house alone as her eldest currently just finished MCE n started looking for a job. Hopefully she can get one nearby as she doesn't have transport to get jobs in town.

Another daughter is still secondary level schooling.

This old aunty  is having financial difficulties to make ends meet and has to take husband to hospital regularly for checkup for medication and needs to take a cab costing around RM40 per trip,  feed the family, house rental of RM500 monthly besides utilities and food.

Looking for foodstuff supplies  like basic items e.g. rice, oil, vegetables etc..to support her family.

My ex-colleague knows I m into this charity work so contacted me to help them.

Told this aunty called JY that we will help her out till she n the family can get their feet up again for 6 months first and then we will review her situation again.
