Visits to 2 Children Homes for the Mentally Challenged

For many years, Sister Connie, our helpful KYCO-CSP Volunteer Member has actively supported our Caring Activities in Johor
In Aug 2025, she has visited 2 Children Homes for the Mentally Challenged by bringing them the needed food , provisions including household essentials on behalf of KYCO-CSP
We truly appreciate her kind help to bring a little relief and joy for these Homes that are constantly needy of public donations and support for basic sustenance
Our contributions are not much considering the steeply rising cost of food, essentials and general maintenance but we hope they can tide them over the difficult times
The 2 Children Care Homes for Mentally Disabled visited are:
1 . Children Care Home A, JB
Sister Connie has been making regular visits to this Home for over a year now
This Care Centre houses about 30+ Children with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities like autism, slow learning, etc
Most of them come from homes that are too poor to provide adequate care for their special needs or placed there by single parents who need to work and are unable to give the daily care
2. Children Care Home B, Kempas, Johor
On KYCO-CSP's behalf, Sister Connie has continued to visit this Home too for almost 5 years
This Care Centre has over 30 children & adolescents
who are Intellectually Challenged with a few bedridden
They have all come from difficult family backgrounds
We gratefully thank Sister Connie and all kind Donors for your valuable support over the years
Anyone who is interested to contribute towards the loving care and food to sustain the lives of these unfortunate children wishing to live a normal happy life are sincerely welcome
