Tomorrow the teachers in the car with you on your trip to Rawang / Sungei Choh and back to KL , should do casual conversation with you.
I shall ask them to give you topics and for speak your views which is able sharpening your critical thinking.
This will be helpful for your presentation and college project.
Eg..a topic is given to u, u come up with headlines, topics and subtopics, pros and cons of your project you are about to undertake. Your critical thinking should include below. Ie. what should be going through your mind especially in group project.
Topic can be from any subject.. I will share this with those main teachers going with you tomorrow.
Today, I throw a topic on critical thinking , a discussion straight from mind of ..... ZH, RE and TX. The girls are not bad , getting the hang of trying to answer, think and seeing a way to plan/ handle a potential presentation in future . RE making effort to reply in English too. Once you are use to presentation, you will take less time and not bit around the bush but go straight into the subject material needed needed to score marks.
"Teachers who have been helping" and going along tomorrow are
1. AK
2. PM
3. DH
4. LL
5. Ms C
6. SL
7. AN
8. GH
There will be a total 12 students, plus MK and JX.
From Rawang we will come back to KL by 1.45 as we hope to take the 12 students and MK to the Circus. I went to check that out this evening and been told they will give us special consideration.
Dear members, on Sunday 16 July, nine team members together with twelve children under our ' Education Assistance Program ' visited an OKU Shelter home in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang and a Welfare home situated in Sg Choh, Rawang.
The participants were:
Team members:
KCC, GH, SL, PM, Lillian, DH, AK, KT, MK and AN.
Children:
QN, RE, EX, SY, SR, QY, JH, JX, JH, TX, CN and KF.
The OKU Shelter home, which was the first place that we visited has 36 residents with various mental and physical disabilities. The team members and the children attended to the residents, namely helping some to take their breakfast/brunch, distributed chocolate milk drinks, ang pows and personal hygiene care.
We also contributed financial assistance.
The second home that we visited was a Welfare home, situated in Sg Choh, Rawang.
This home houses 23 residents, comprising both children and adults. These residents were made up of senior folks, those who are abandoned and unwanted, broken homes and some in abject poverty.
Here, we donated various essential food items, provisions, chocolate milk drinks and angpows to the residents.
We also contributed financial assistance.
