Update on TH Family.
This is the family that was first introduced to us more than 15 years ago by the NGO arm of the psychiatry community service unit from the hospital.
The aged father in his late 70s+, was a lorry driver but has long since retired following disabilies post incident of stroke. He has 3 children, who need mental health treatment. His wife managed the families and their grandson. The grandson dropped out from formal schooling as he who has difficulties with integration into mainstream environment.
We have been sending over provisions and provided financial assistance, these past 15 years, but at lesser frequency recently.
Today SH has kindly agreed to bring them some provisions and ang pows. It's good to see their smiles. The mother expressed her thanks for your kind contribution through KYCO Trust Fund with her audio recording thanking Sifu of KYCO.
Before the COVID pandemic, she had the opportunity to visit KYCO several times with her husband and grandson.
