Update: CSP of KYCO
Rice Distribution for Needy Families in Wilayah, Selangor, and Outskirts
In collaboration with Shui Tian Loong Temple, this outreach project successfully distributed 700 packs of rice, bringing a moment of relief and gladness to:
-Elderly individuals who live alone and are unable to work,
-Persons with mental health challenges, often living on the - fringes of society
-Single mothers/ father's, struggling to raise their children with limited welfare support
-Families from low socio-economic backgrounds
-Caregivers burdened with tending to invalid or disabled relatives.
-Shelter Homes & etc
It is truly a blessing that, in times of need, compassionate members of society step forward to offer help. A simple bag of rice becomes a symbol of care and remembrance.
Below are photos of more able family members collecting the donated rice on behalf of their households.
Some families also shared glimpses of their living conditions—homes without domestic help, with limited mobility, no financial reserves, and caught in emotional distress. For them, a bag of rice is more than sustenance—it is a reminder that they are not forgotten.
