CSP Education Assistance and Mentoring Educational Visits to Care Homes

CSP Education Assistance Students and English Class Students under the guidance of their mentor teachers will be having an Experiential Learning Trip to give cheers and uplift the spirit of residents in 2 Care Homes
The intention is expose them, open up their minds to learn from life outside the small confines of their home & school and learn values of kindness, and gratitude
Care Home 1- Kota Damansara, 29 Jun 2024
This Care Home houses patients needing rehabilitation & those recovering from stroke, cancer and other illnesses.
As most of their family members are working, having own families, & unable to provide the necessary care during their recovery, they normally will stay in the Care Home from 6-9 mths until they are well enough to return home
A total of 25 students with mentor teachers will pay a visit to expose the CSP Children to the hard reality of lives
They will bring simple soft food kindly cooked by a KYCO member, and fruit and a cake
Thereafter, they will adjourn for a small ice cream treat
Care Home 2- Bentong, Pahang

KYCO-CSP will plan a second Educational Visit later part of the year for the CSP and English class students
The visit will add more Educational Learning opportunities beyond classroom learning where they will learn about old age and sickness, develop sympathy, and how to show some warmth & joy to others who are also in need of some love and care, like themselves
These outside learning activities will complement their regular Sat teaching classes, and involvement in various KYCO-CSP charitable activities
The nurturing of these Students require your devoted on-going educational & learning support to see them through their primary, secondary, post secondary to college education
